Seven Dwarfs Mine Train → Winnie the Pooh (both by 9:30 AM) → Haunted Mansion → Pirates of the Caribbean (reported 5–10-minute waits for this stretch) → lava Dole Whip by Jungle Cruise → Swiss Family Treehouse → Jungle Cruise → cheeseburger + pizza egg rolls
Through the fireworks crowd → Under the Sea (5-minute wait) → PeopleMover → Pirates of the Caribbean (second ride today)
Lightning disrupted the return; about an hour stuck on the monorail before heading to Contemporary. No Lightning Lanes used.
Jungle Cruise: posted and actual wait about 50 minutes, painful. Both egg rolls: definitely worth it. California Grill: meh; great views, observation deck closed.
